Chemical industry hoses
Chemical-resistant hoses for all areas of the chemical industry
Our chemical hoses are expertly engineered to provide unparalleled resistance to a wide variety of chemical compounds, including alcohols, aldehydes, ketones, acids, and alkalis. Constructed with inner layers of EPDM, UPE, silicone, or PTFE, these hoses are available in both pressure and suction-pressure variants. For added convenience, we offer custom fittings and provide detailed certificates of compliance, along with comprehensive pressure testing records, upon request.
Advantages of chemical hoses
The key benefits of chemical-resistant hoses are broad chemical compatibility and a high level of operational safety. In addition, several industry standards define specific requirements for construction, marking, electrical properties, and testing. Selecting the right material and verifying chemical compatibility is critical, because resistance is determined by the type of media, its concentration, and the operating temperature (at higher temperatures, materials age faster and compatibility can deteriorate). For this reason, we always recommend a version that is validated for the intended media, temperature/pressure range, and duty, aligned with the relevant standard requirements and the manufacturer’s chemical resistance charts.
Outstanding chemical resistance
Our chemical-resistant hoses are designed for transferring highly aggressive acids, alkalis, and solvents, with the tube material selected to match the specific media and concentration.Maximum safety as standard
On request, we provide a pressure test report and other certificates to document compliance.Designed for extreme temperature and pressure loads
Our hoses operate across a wide temperature and pressure range, making them suitable for continuous industrial service under high loads.Tailor-made build and documentation
We supply hoses in the required length, with fittings and marking matched to the application. For custom requirements, we can provide special couplings, bespoke designs, and full documentation.Key properties of chemical-resistant hoses
Hose family |
Tube material |
